Department: Food Services Cafe

Position Title: Grill Cook

Position Type: Work Study & Student Hourly

Job Description: HIRING NOW so you can train during the summer. Grill Cook – Provide highest quality of customer service at all times. Prepare food for cooking, serve customers at the grill, set up serving station, read menu, clean and sanitize work stations, set up grill, break down and clean at the end of shift.

Job Requirements: Shift hours are Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 2:30pm.

Must be reliable. Must be able to work independently. Must have food preparation experience. Punctuality and good hygiene are a requirement for this position. Training will be provided. You must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for the semester in which you will be working) to apply for this position.

Skills you will gain/enhance: Proper cooking times and temps, FIFO, customer service skills, team work.

Job Payment Information:

Wage: $11.50
Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
