Position Title: Clerical Assistant II
Position Type: (Work-Study)
Job Description: Student will be responsible for checking Department email, returning phone calls, updating documents, assisting with outreach events, tracking give-aways, organizing materials, and converting paper checklists to electronic documents.
Job Requirements: Attention to detail, computer skills (Word, Excel, the Rock), communication/customer service skills.
You must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours for the semester in which you will be working) to apply for this position.
Skills you will gain/enhance: Students will learn about the Water Quality Management program and student advising for the AAS and BAS degrees. They will also improve transferrable skills such as computer, organizational, time management, and customer service skills. Student will work closely with Program Director and will learn about strategic planning, adaptive management, and outreach. Reference letter available upon completion of work.
Job Payment Information:
Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
