Position Title: Colorado Shines Clerical Support
Position Type: Work-Study
Job Description: This position provides clerical support related to Colorado Shines. The person will be responsible for making and answering phone calls, scanning documents, uploading documents in the Colorado Shines system.
Job Requirements: Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office 2016.
You must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours for the semester in which you will be working) to apply for this position.
Skills you will gain/enhance: Candidates will learn the ins and outs of Colorado’s Quality Rating and Improvement System, Colorado Shines. Candidates will build knowledge in communication skills and general clerical work. Candidates will learn about opportunities for professional development in Early Childhood Education. Candidates will also increase their knowledge of community resources for children and families.
Job Payment Information:
Wage: $10.20/per hour
Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
