Position Title: Student Life Assistant (Clubs)
Position Type: Work-Study Preferred, Student Hourly Considered
Assist the Student Life Program Coordinator with all aspects of the student clubs program. Communicate in person, on the phone and via email with club members and advisors about upcoming events, policies and procedures for running a club. Data entry and filing club information. Reserve club meeting space. Create promotional materials for club meetings and events. Plan, implement and coordinate club participation in Campus Life events. Assist with Student Life events as needed and available.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Prior experience with student clubs or organizations in a leadership role preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office products and general computer skills. Candidate should be able to work 10 hours per week (up to 20 hours per week if working events), primarily at the Lakewood Campus.
You must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for the semester in which you will be working) to apply for this position.

Job Payment Information:
Wage: $11.50 per hour Level 2
Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
