Job Description: Providing office support for staff by assisting in the application processes for Red Rocks Community College. The employee will be responsible for helping with any application related issues, application processing, duplicate detection sorting and other duties involved. If other duties arise, the employee will need to be willing to learn new jobs that involve other departments or subjects. The employee will uphold the confidentiality of the office and student/staff information by complying with college and FERPA guidelines.
Job Requirements: Seeking a student who enjoys busy work, has excellent computer skills including Word and Excel, and knows that accuracy is more important than speed. Position requires a high level of organizational skills, punctuality, responsibility, proven written communication skills, and the ability to work with students, employers, and college personnel in a professional manner. Requires a capacity to work independently, take the initiative on job duties, exercise good judgment, and maintain professionalism during work hours.
You must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for the semester in which you will be working) to apply for this position.
Job Payment Information:
Wage: 11.50 per hour
Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, preferably mornings and afternoons (9am to 4pm) with a set schedule throughout the semester.
