Department: Coffee Shop – Lakewood and Arvada Campus

Position Title: Utility Worker / Barista

Job Description: Our mission at the Red Fox Coffee Bar is to serve delicious beverages to the wonderful, caffeine deprived students of Red Rocks! We are one of the big social hubs of the college, so it’s expected that all of our team has a friendly demeanor and a great attitude while serving our customers. You’re a vital part of the team whether you are in our utility corner washing dishes and making teas, on the register with the upmost efficiency with cash, or in the barista corner making our specialties!

Job Requirements: There is no barista or cashier experience required, but it is preferred. Must have the ability to work well in a team environment, stand for several hours at a time, and lift up to 20 pounds.

You must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours for the semester in which you will be working) to apply for this position.

Skills you will gain/enhance: In this position, you will gain fantastic people skills and a distinct knowledge of our coffees and teas, all while having a great time behind our bar and learning better time management skills. You will also enhance your skills in problem solving, efficiency, and customer service as a whole!

Job Payment Information:

Wage: Starting $11.10 / hour
Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
