Student Employment - Fall 2018 - Pathway - Administrative Support
Job Description: Assist the Vice President of Student Services office with data organization, scanning, copying, report generation, email and phone notifications, and general office duties. As a student assistant you will have the potential to work 10-20 hours per week during times when fall and spring classes are in session. The number of hours you work will be based on your class schedule and the needs of the program. The hours will be primarily between 8:00 am -5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Attention to detail a must
- Computer Skills: MS Office Suite, including Outlook (email/calendar), Word, and Excel
- Banner knowledge a plus
- Document formatting competency a plus
- Professionalism and understanding of confidentiality
- Some knowledge of Red Rocks Community College resources and services
- Strong communications skills - good phone and email etiquette
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
This position will begin in Spring 2018 semester. Student must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours in the semester in which you'll be working) and be eligible for Work Study through Financial Aid.

Wage: $12.00 per hour
Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
