Position Title: Clerical Assistant

Position Type: Work Study

Job Description: Assist the International Student Services & Programs Department with enquiries, data entry, scanning, copying and general office duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work sensitively in a multicultural environment
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office Suite
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Red Rocks Community College resources and services

You must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours for the semester in which you will be working) to apply for this position.

 

Skills you will gain/enhance:

  • Knowledge of community college international programming
  • BANNER proficiency
  • Customer Service with diverse populations
  • Increased knowledge of Microsoft office and Scanning systems
  • Knowledge of admissions, and registration
  • Knowledge of immigration regulations

 

Job Payment Information:

Wage: $10.20  per hour
Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
