Position Title: Front Desk Assistant

Job Description: The Front Desk Assistant will assist the Accessibility Services office by providing customer service and maintaining an organized and professional office. Duties include scheduling appointments, checking-in students, and answering the phones. The Front Desk Assistant will also contribute with creative projects, data entry, and other general office duties.
Job Requirements: Our ideal candidate is dependable, creative, and has a willingness to learn. The candidate must possess outstanding customer service and communication skills as well as a basic understanding of Microsoft Office. They will also need the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with a diverse population.
Student must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for the semester in which you will be working) to apply for this position.
Skills you will gain/enhance: This position will help you gain universal skills that will help you in your future jobs and career. This includes enhancing communication and customer service skills and increasing your knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will also develop an understanding of accessibility as well as disability awareness.
Job Payment Information:
Wage: Starting at $10.20/hour
Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
