Volunteer Clinical Preceptor/Instructor

Red Rocks Community College Physician Assistant Program seeks Volunteer Clinical Faculty to work with physician assistant graduate students.

The Red Rocks Community College Physician Assistant Program’s mission is to prepare physician assistants to practice and promote empathetic, primary-care focused medicine that serves the community. Position Responsibilities: This position is a volunteer opportunity for clinical faculty to work with RRCC physician assistant graduate students. Individuals will aid the program in a variety of roles including clinical precepting, classroom teaching, small group facilitating, or precepting at the student run free clinic. Volunteer clinical faculty can be a physician assistant (PA), physician (DO, MD), nurse practitioner (NP), or certified nurse midwife (CNM). Volunteer clinical faculty can provide a variety of clinical based experiences and didactic coursework instruction. Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience
  • Currently a licensed physician assistant (PA), physician (DO, MD), nurse practitioner (NP) or certified nurse midwife (CNM)
