Red Rocks Community College is seeking a part time Theatre instructor in the Theatre Arts and Dance Department!

RRCC has two campuses: our main campus in Lakewood, Colorado and our newly expanded campus in Arvada, Colorado. Just minutes from downtown Denver, with dedicated RTD light-rail and bus stops, commuting is quick and easy. Teach day or evening theatre courses and potential to direct select mainstage productions. Courses may include: Acting I, Acting II, Theatre Appreciation, Development of Theatre, Intro-Entertainment Industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Theatre or comparable arts program (i.e. Music, Communications) OR at least 4 years professional experience in theatre performance or technology AND has, or qualifies for, postsecondary CTE credential including 2000 non-teaching occupational hours within the last 7 years .
Payment is based on the credit hour/contact hour and class ratio as assigned to you by the department chair. RRCC starts at $810.82/credit hour.
