RRCC Student Employment Position Announcement

Department: Business Department - Faculty

Position Title: Clerical Assistant

Position Type: Work-Study Only

Job Description:  Support the Business Department faculty by: maintaining and updating department documents; organizing files; making copies; compiling internal reports; and other general office duties. 

Hours are flexible to meet your class schedule.

Job Requirements:

Desired talents include:

Computer competency to include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

Above-average writing and interpersonal communication skills 
Ability to multitask, problem solve and organize information with attention to detail, and strong time
  management skills
Must have a professional attitude, be dependable and punctual

You must be eligible for student employment (enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours for the semester in which you will be working) to apply for this position.

Skills you will gain/enhance:  In this position you will hone your workplace skills and gain experience in project management.

Job Payment Information:

Wage:  Level I or II ($9.30 – $9.50) depending on previous work history on campus.

Paid: Bi-weekly (Fridays)
